We are told time and time again that the pictures do not do this dryer justice. We agree. It has blue neon lights at the front of the dryer. When hands are placed into the drying zone the lights bounce up and down like a wave. Not only does it look fantastic, it dries quickly too at around 10-12 seconds. Precise Drying
The sensor is extremely accurate so won't go off when someone walks past it. Simply place your hands in the drying zone strips of lights will illuminate on the front of the dryer and the dryer will power up. Once dry simply remove the hands and the dryer will power down meaning no idle running time and no wasted electricity.
Neon Waves
When hands are in in the drying zone the blue neon lights on the front of the dryer will change from 'solid neon' to a 'waving neon' lights.

We are specialists in our field. Our business isn't propped up by hundreds (or thousands) of different product lines. Since 2012 we've only been selling hand dryers so we need to make sure that the one product line that our business relies on is the best value that your money can buy. We are confident that it is.
We are so confident that we make this promise to you for your complete peace of mind.
If your dryer develops a fault at any time during the warranty period we guarantee that if we can't diagnose and fix the fault over the phone (sometimes we can), you will have a brand new dryer on site the following business day! We will take away your old dryer and recycle as many parts as possible. In most cases, if we can fix the dryer, we donate it to a charity. There are no hoops to jump through and no forms to fill out. All we ask is that you give us a quick call so we can locate your order, and provided you call on a Week day before 1pm your new dryer will arrive the following business day for it to be swapped over with your old one.
We don't expect you to fully appreciate our NEXT DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY without knowing what warranties are offered as standard. The 2 most popular warranties are:
PARTS AND LABOUR WARRANTY
You will be expected to send the hand dryer back to where you purchased it from. The faulty dryer will be booked in with a staff member in order to be diagnosed, repaired and sent back to you. Depending upon the fault and testing process, if it's an intermittent fault, this could take a couple of Weeks until you eventually get your dryer back.
This is the most common warranty practice within our field.
PARTS ONLY WARRANTY
You will be expected to diagnose the fault. In most cases this will involve employing a specialist engineer. The engineer will have to then determine what part is required for the fault to be fixed. You then have to request this part from the company that you purchased the dryer from. It is then posted out to you and you are required to re-enlist a specialist to fit the part in the inner workings of the machine. In most cases, this could end up being more costly than purchasing a brand new hand dryer.
This warranty normally applies from Year 2 and onwards after a 1 Year initial parts and labour warranty (as explained above).
Q. What are your payment options for the NeoDRY Jet Hand Dryer?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal or bank transfer. If selecting bank transfer we will email you an invoice with our bank details and your reference number to quote when making the payment. Once your bank transfer payment has cleared we will send out the goods.
Q. What are the mounting heights for this dryer?
A. Align the top of the dryer above the floor to: Male washrooms 1050mm Female washrooms 975mm Children and Disabled 875mm.
Q. Is this dryer suited to everyone?
A. The NeoDRY is suited to adults, children and disabled users.
Q. How easy is it to install?
A. It comes with full very easy to follow instructions as well as flex. You will be up and running in no time!
Q. How quickly can I receive my hand dryer?
A. Place your order before 4pm Monday to Friday and it will be with you the very next working day via APC tracked 2 hour window delivery service. You can also opt to have the dryer delivered before 12 noon. Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the following working day and delivered the working day after.
Q. Do I have to register my warranty?
A. No – In the unlikely event that your dryer should develop a fault within it’s warranty period all you need to do is contact us.
Q. How much energy will the dryer use?
A. The NeoDRY is a high speed low energy dryer. It will give you around 350 dries for just 10 pence in electricity. This represents around 97% saving compared to paper towels.

Q. What if I cant find the answer to my question?
Please call us. Our offices are open Monday – Friday between 9-4. If outside of these hours we you can contact us by emailing office@blowmotion.co.uk and we will aim to get back to you the same day, even at the Weekend!
All orders placed online and paid for before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched on the day of ordering for a next working day delivery to most mainland UK addresses. If outside of mainland UK or your area is classed as remote, delivery may take up to 3 working days. Our courier is APC so if you leave us your mobile phone number when checking out you will receive a text message on the morning of delivery with a 2 hour delivery slot. You are also able to communicate with your driver in order to give any special instructions, eg. leave with a neighbor or a safe place etc…
We understand that its often difficult to fully gauge a product when you can’t see in in person and use it. With this in mind we give you 90 days from the date of purchase in which you can return your goods. When you receive your hand dryer please carefully remove it from the box, you will see that there is flex on it. Simply pop on a normal 3 pin plug and give it a try before you fully commit and fix it to the wall. If you are not happy with any aspect of the dryer then simply pop it back into its box and contact us to arrange a return and full refund. Once we receive the dryer back in its original packaging we will refund you back to your original payment method. For larger orders of 12 or more dryers the full refund does not apply and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Read the review and made my purchase. Got here early the following day delivered by a very polite and happy courier. Electrician swapped it out for our old and painfully slow hand dryer and couldn't be more impressed with this. If you are considering a dryer that will look very nice and dry very fast I would recomend this one. I was a little sceptical as it was so cheap compared to dryers close to a thousand pounds but I really can't see what the expensive dryers can offer over and above this one? I suppose time will tell but with a 2 Year guarentee I've noghing to loose.

Arrived next day as stated. I got a text message and email to advise delivery time which was very accurate. Dryer was well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Instructions very easy to follow and I could tell straight away that this was a quality machine. The dryer is very well built and looks on par with dryers that are many hundreds of pounds more expensive. I installed the dryer within 10 minutes. Drying times where as stated of around 12 seconds. My customer was incredibly happy with the way this machine looks, sounds and dries. I will be recomending this dryer on future jobs.

I've used this dryer in our local pub so as soon as I knew we needed a new one for our offices I ordered it. Website was very easy, delivered next day. The drier is superb. It looks like it should be much more expensive than it is (please don't put up the price). I've been using this my busy local pub now for around 2 Years so I know it will last in our offices.
