90 Day Returns Information
You have 90 days total from the date of your invoice to choose to return your goods if they were not quite what you were expecting. In order for us to accept the returned goods it is important that they have not been installed and must be in the original undamaged packaging. We will ask you to take a photograph to confirm this prior to collection. You can try out the hand dryer before you fully commit to the purchase by popping a standard UK plug onto it and plugging it into a standard 3 pin UK socket. This will give you the opportunity to see the dryer in action before you fully commit and fix it to a wall. If you are not happy then simply contact us within 14 days and we will arrange collection of the goods at our cost at a time convenient to you that must fall within 30 days of your original invoice. Once we receive the goods and they have not been installed but simply tested we will provide a full refund within 7 days.
It is important to note that if you use Paypal to make your purchase we cannot refund the fee’s that Paypal charged us to process your payment as Paypal do not refund us the original transaction processing fees. This means that you will be refunded slightly less than what you originally paid to take into account the part that Paypal wont refund.
Once you have fixed the dryer to the wall we cannot accept a return as we cannot resell the dryer.
We cannot accept returns for dryers that are not in the complete undamaged packaging as we cannot resell the dryer.
Please do not discard the packaging until you have tested the dryer (via 3 pin plug method) and are happy with it.
