  • Can I return the hand dryer(s) if I change my mind?

    Of course you can. Provided that the hand dryer has been unopened and unused and that it is still in the condition that you received it in, you can change your mind for up to 14 days from receiving your product. Simply contact us via the contact us form and you will receive an IRN (Item Returns Number). You don’t have to provide a reason but if possible we would like one. We will then get back to you within 48 hours with simple return instructions. Please DO NOT write our returns address directly onto the box as this means we cannot resell the item and in turn you will not be entitled to a refund. Once we receive your item back and we are satisfied with its condition we will process your refund less 20% as a restocking fee.   • Is the item guaranteed?

    Yes, all hand dryers are guaranteed for 2 years unless otherwise stated. The guarantee does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting or vandalism. In the event of a parts failure please contact us using the contact us form. One of our staff will return to you within 48hrs with simple and clear instructions.
  • I need my item quickly, is this possible?

    Our delivery service is super fast! All orders placed and paid for before 3pm Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day for next working day delivery to mainland UK only. Destinations outside of mainland UK may take a couple of days. Your order will be shipped using DPD tracked service and you will receive a 1 hour delivery window that is text and emailed to you on the morning of delivery so no waiting in!
  • What are the payment options available?

    For your security, all orders placed must go through our secure checkout. Payment methods are Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer or Cheque.
  • Do you offer discounts on bulk hand dryer purchases?

    We do offer discounts. Multi buy discounts are applied at check out stage.
