1. Can I return if I change my mind?
Of course you can. Provided that the item has been unopened and unused and that it is still in the condition that you received it in, you can change your mind for up to 14 days from receiving your product. Simply contact us via the contact us form and you will receive an IRN (Item Returns Number). You don’t have to provide a reason but if possible we would like one. We will then get back to you within 48 hours with simple return instructions. Please DO NOT write our returns address directly onto the box as this means we cannot resell the item and in turn you will not be entitled to a refund.
2. Is the item guaranteed?
Yes, all items are guaranteed for 2 years unless otherwise stated. The guarantee does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting or vandalism. In the event of a parts failure please contact us using the contact us form. One of our staff will return to you within 48hrs with simple and clear instructions.
3. I need my item Quickly, Is this possible?
Yes. Your order will be with you in around 48hrs from payment. All orders placed and paid for before 2pm will be shipped the very next day for next working day delivery (mainland UK only). Your order will be shipped using UPS tracked service. All orders being shipped to businesses addresses will be delivered between the hours of 9am and 5:30pm. Orders to residential addresses may arrive any time up to 7pm.
4. What are the payment options available?
For your security, all orders placed must go through our secure checkout. Payment methods are Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer or Cheque.
5. Do you offer discounts on bulk purchases?

Yes, as soon as the sale is completed a VAT invoice will be e-mailed to you.
12. Can I print out the technical date for my customer?
Yes, all products have a downloadable technical data sheet for you to print off, The data can be down loaded by clicking on the link underneath the product pictures. Data sheet does not display prices.
